The home once occupied by James Madison Pearson, Mayor of McKinney from 1890-1903, is now the home of The Yard, the newest concept from 33 Restaurant Group – owner and operator of Union Beer Brewing Co., Cadillac Pizza Pub, Taverna Rossa Craft Pizza and Beer in Plano, and Heritage Pizza and Taproom.

The “farmhouse chic” eatery in the heart of McKinney is now open, serving up classic backyard grub like Yard Bird Wings, Beer Cheese Dip, and Church Street Club, along with classic BBQ beer selections and cocktail offerings,

“The restaurant, yard, and entire property have come to life and exceeded all our expectations, it looks absolutely amazing. This is going to be a special place where McKinney families will be able to hang out, entertain friends, and feel as if they’re in an extension of their own backyard, right here in Downtown McKinney,” says 33 Restaurant Group founder and CEO, Preston Lancaster.

The Yard is located at 107 S. Church Street in McKinney. Hours of operation are Tuesday – Thursday 11am – 11pm, Friday 11am – Midnight, Saturday 11am – 1am and Sunday 11am – 10pm. For more information, visit yardtx.com.
