On Friday, September 21, at Renaissance Dallas at Plano Legacy West Hotel (6007 Legacy Drive, Plano, TX 75024) Sci-Tech Discovery Center will host Gretchen Rubin at their inaugural Meeting of the Minds event, a speaker series featuring leading thinkers who embody Sci-Tech’s brand of mind-stretching fun®.

Rubin is one of today’s most thought-provoking observers of happiness and human nature.  The bestselling author of The Happiness Project, Better than Before, and The Four Tendencies has sold almost 3 million copies worldwide, in more than 30 languages.  In addition to writing, Rubin is host of the top-ranked, award-winning podcast “Happier with Gretchen Rubin” where she discusses happiness and good habits with her sister, Elizabeth Craft.

Individual tickets for the luncheon are $125 and can be purchased online.  Sponsorships begin at $2,500. Proceeds from Meeting of the Minds will expand access to STEM education for under-served youth in North Texas.
