Now in its eleventh year, the 2016 No Tie Dinner & Dessert Party, presented by the Purple Foundation, returns to its humble beginning and foundation: life.

Themed “You Only Live Twice,” inspired by the James Bond film and Nancy Sinatra song by the same name, the much-anticipated event celebrates ASD’s mission and journey over the last 25 plus years to improve the lives of economically disadvantaged individuals and families living with HIV/AIDS and to give them a second chance at life.

Hosted by No Tie’s Honorary Co-Chairs Angel and Marie Reyes and No Tie Chair David Nelson, ASD’s largest fundraiser begins with a dinner hosted at various homes throughout DFW.

More than 1,500 attendees unite to feast on desserts from many of Dallas’s acclaimed eateries, such as Baby Cakes, Dallas Affairs Cake Company, Gregorio’s, Society Bakery, Komali’s, and many more, and then dance the night away to the lively tunes of Mark Ridland (a.k.a. DJ Mr. Rid).

Live and silent auctions and surprise performances coordinated by Rob and Deanna Cahill will entertain throughout the magical evening.

Ben E. Keith and William Grant & Sons, a family-owned distillery with an award-winning portfolio of spirits including Reyka Icelandic Vodka, Tullamore D.E.W., and Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum, will feature a vast array of delicious libations.

The official signature cocktail this year is the “Reyka Double Bond” made with Reyka, cranberry juice and a splash of ginger ale. Check out the recipe below!

Reyka Double Bond
2 parts Reyka Vodka
1 part cranberry juice
