Big Texas Beer Fest turns five and returns to Dallas’ Fair Park this weekend.

This year’s festival is believed to be the first 2-day beer festival in North Texas and intends to set a Texas record by hosting 140 breweries, of which more than 55 are from the state of Texas.

From festival organizer and co-founder, Chad Montgomery:

We try to do something new every year; last year we received hundreds of emails and social media requests to add more tickets. We try to keep the quality of the event high, so adding another day seemed more logical than packing the building with more people than would be comfortable.

In addition to award-winning beers from all over the world in the Automotive Building, the Lakewood Brewing Outdoor Food and Music Pavilion with host 10 local food trucks, local bands and much, much more. Click here for a full schedule of events.
