CrushCraft Thai opened its second location at The Star in Frisco. Designed by Jones Baker, the vibrant open-air atmosphere and spacious patio makes the location perfect gathering spot.

“We take a handmade approach to our cooking and create Thai food with a twist,” explains Executive Chef/Partner Kay Ridgway in a press release. The menu is filled with refined, yet approachable, dishes like Kra Pao and Skinny B*itch Salad, featuring organic and locally sourced ingredients.“We feel as though some of the traditional techniques and methods to make great Thai food, while admittedly not the most efficient, are somewhat of a lost art that we feel is vital to our menu,” he continues.

The same handmade approach can be experienced in CrushCraft’s cocktail program. The Star location boasts a full-bar with rotating seasonal cocktails like the Strawberry Smash and the Kohconut, and an impressive lineup of all-local craft beer selections.

CrushCraft Thai, located at 3675 Gaylord Parkway #1105 in Frisco, is open Sunday thru Thursday 11am to 9pm and Friday and Saturday 11am to midnight.
