This Mother’s Day, May 13th, Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar in The Shops at Legacy will open at 10AM to celebrate moms.

Mother’s Day Brunch is a special three-course menu featuring delicious classics like Fleming’s Signature Surf & Turf Eggs Benedict (sliced filet mignon, house-made crab cake and hollandaise sauce) and Cinnamon Apple Brioche French Toast (candied walnuts, caramelized apples, orange chantilly cream, and crisp bacon).

For those looking to enjoy items from the main menu, I suggest selecting something from Chef Justin’s exclusive menu, like the Sixteen Spice Tuna with jumbo lump crab, apricot horseradish glaze, and spring risotto (first image above). It is my personal favorite.
