Exceptional cocktails and inspired American fare is quickly making 3Eleven the place to be in the West End.

Downtown Dallas’ West End District has a new American eatery. 3Eleven is the first in the historic district to serve familiar, yet innovative, American dishes and cocktails.

“My passion for the West End began in 2004 when I opened RJ Mexican Cuisine,” said 3Eleven co-founder and restaurateur, Jay Khan. “When most operators were walking away from this part of downtown almost 14 years ago, I saw it as the perfect opportunity to get ahead of the curve and inspire others to commit to this prized neighborhood.”

Chef’s Fresh Market Catch – Sea Bass

The menu at 3Eleven is curated by executive chef John Moore and features scratch, farm-to-market fare for lunch and dinner.

For lunch, 3Eleven offers a variety of sandwiches and greens, including a build your own bowl that incorporates a selection of proteins, vegetables, starches, and flavors.

Innovative dishes like the Spud Flight, fries served with four unique dipping sauces and the Poke Cups are great evening starters to share before diving into a main course, like the Chef’s Fresh Market Catch (pictured above).

First Lady

The beverage program, led by master mixologist Ruben Michael Chavez, is an integral part of the overall 3Eleven concept.

Modern cocktails are listed on the menu by the main spirit – gin, cognac, tequila, rum, whiskey, and scotch. For an enhanced cocktail experience, 3Eleven also serves classics with a vintage twist. With cocktails named Air Force One, Jack Ruby Mule, Conspiracy, and the First Lady (pictured above) the Scratch Cocktail program draws on the restaurant having close proximity to the JFK Memorial. An assortment of beer and wine are also available.

3Eleven Social Hour takes place all day on Monday as well as Tuesday through Friday from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., with offerings like $2 off all appetizers, $1 off all wine, beer and cocktails, $2 Pabst Blue Ribbon and $3 Sangria. Additional drink specials include Texas Tuesdays, serving half off all Texas-based spirits, beer and wine, as well as Wine & Dine, offering half off any bottle of wine, every Wednesday.

3Eleven is on the ground floor of 311 North Market Street. The location has open seating on the first floor, private dining space on the second floor, and patio seating.
