Kick off a fun night in the city at one of Dallas’s newest cocktail bars.

The AC Lounge at the newly opened AC Hotel by Marriott® is giving Dallasites another reason to spend time downtown.

AC Lounge boasts a beautiful, modern-chic atmosphere, perfect for both travelers and locals to relax and recharge in a casual setting.

The lounge is full service, offering a variety of Spanish-inspired signature cocktails, including The Signature Gintonic, as well as local craft beers, wine, and a curated selection of tapas-style small bites, like Avocado Toast. “The goal of having a limited food menu is to encourage all guests to get out of the hotel and to explore the surrounding area for lunch and dinner options,” says Bar Manager Chris Unruh.

I highly recommend trying The Signature Gintonic (Hendrick’s Gin and Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic) & Avocado Toast (Avocado, Feta, and Basil) during your visit.

One of the really unique features of the space are the Kallpods. Kallpods are placed on all tables, making it easy for guests to immediately request a staff member’s attention, without having to approach the bar. At the press of a button, every guest is seen and acknowledged as they desire, allowing for an ideal collaborative or solo work environment, with minimal interruptions.

The AC Lounge, located inside AC Hotel by Marriott® Downtown Dallas (1712 Commerce Street, Dallas, TX 75201), is open from 4 PM to 11:30 PM Sunday through Thursday and 4 PM to midnight Friday and Saturday. In addition, the AC Lounge recently launched a happy hour menu featuring select cocktails available from 4 PM to 7 PM Monday through Saturday. No reservations needed.

My experience at AC Lounge was hosted by AC Hotel Marriott®.
