Fresh off their appearance on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, One90 Smoked Meats is becoming the hottest barbecue joint in town.

On Saturday, March 24, One90 owner and pitmaster, Kyle St. Clair, will be hosting a class at Lakewood Brewing Company. He’ll share the secrets of perfectly smoked meats, while Lakewood generously shares their lineup of craft beers.

St. Clair will teach attendees how to make brisket, pulled pork and smoked salmon, along with crowd-pleasing sides including potato salad, green beans and vinegar slaw. By the end, you’ll have the knowledge to impress friends and family with those newfound skills.

It will be a casual, hands-on affair that’ll will be both fun and helpful for barbecue lovers, beer drinkers and anyone looking to improve their home cooking. You won’t want to miss out, so get your tickets today before they’re gone.
