Tunes, Tails and Ales: Murphy’s First Annual Craft Beer Festival

Tunes, Tails and Ales, Murphy’s inaugural craft beer festival, is set for Saturday, May 14th starting at 2 PM in Murphy Central Park – 550 North Murphy Road in the City Hall complex.

Brewvolution, LLC (founders of Big Texas Beer Fest) teamed up with the City of Murphy to produce their newest event.

Family friendly and completely free for anyone to attend, this event combines a craft beer sampling with a crawfish boil, free concert with headliner Rise & Shine, and kids’ activities. Activities for the kids range from bounces houses, face painting, a root beer tasting challenge, and the Murphy splash pad will be open.

Festival goers can expect to sample from 150 different beers from the 35 participating breweries. In addition, the festival will also feature local food trucks, and a handful of local vendors serving up their wares.

The craft beer sampling is a paid potion of the event, and tickets are on sale now.
