artists for animals launches kickstarter, aims to expand reach

Artists for Animals, a concert featuring world-class musicians, artists, and photographers collaborating to raise money for homeless animals, announced the launch of their Kickstarter campaign today.

In its first four years, Artists for Animals has raised more than $60,000 for rescue organizations to move animals off the streets and into permanent homes. Artists for Animals is hoping to raise $10,000 through Kickstarter to implement more concerts, work with schools, develop a merchandise line and much, much more.

The Kickstarter rewards range from a thank you ($1) to a t-shirt and signed Erin Hannigan CD ($75) to packages such Artists for Animals membership, a concert ticket, a t-shirt, and a signed Teresa Berge giclee print ($500) up to a private performance by Erin Hannigan and other professional musicians at your next party or gathering ($6,000).
