Have you ever wanted to be a sommelier at a fine dining restaurant with a world-class wine cellar?  If the answer is yes, it’s time to get excited about a new offering at III Forks Dallas.

Each month, the renowned steakhouse will offer a Sommelier for a Day opportunity. On the first Wednesday of each month, guests can help select featured wines for the coming month. For February, 2015, the restaurant will pair featured Merlot with tasty passed treats.

Pricing: For $20 per person, guests will sample six wines selected by the Wine Director at III Forks, paired with hand-passed hors d’oeuvres created by Executive Chef Chris Vogeli.
