The 70’s were all about great music, partying, indulgence of almost any kind and bold makeup, like blue, green and silver eyeshadows. So, I know when most think about silver eyeshadow, they think 70’s glam or disco. Well, silver eyeshadow has made a return to the “it” category! A swipe of silver eyeshadow across the lid really awakens your look, but I suggest it be used in moderation to avoid looking dated. Ready to get your shimmer on?! Try out Make Up For Ever’s Iridescent Eye Shadow in Silver. Find it at the Make Up For Ever location in NorthPark Center.

Fuchsia or magenta lipstick, is a color that typically complements all skin tones. But just like the color red, there are so many shades of fuchsia on the market that it can be hard to find the one that works best for you. My suggestion, keep trying!! This is a spring trend that is a hold over from 2013, so head to the cosmetics department to find your shade.  Oh, the added bonus of wearing fuchsia lipstick is that it makes your teeth look whiter! Want to get started on finding the shade of fuchsia that works best for you? Check out Tom Ford Lip Color in Flamingo. Find it at Nordstrom at Galleria Dallas.

Sun-kissed, bronzed skin is a must this spring…for all skin tones. The issue is that sunning is harmful and we have to find a healthier way to achieve this glow. I am personally not a fan of bronzing powders, but if they work for you, do it!! My favorite way to achieve a bronzed look is to use Roxanne Rizzo’s Bronze Glow. I wrote about this product before and I use it faithfully to avoid wearing makeup because…when used properly, it can even out skin tone on face and body. I haven’t used it on the body yet…but will very soon. Dying to spray on your glow?! Find it online here.
