Circ-Cell, a luxury skincare collection, is launching at Luxe Stoneleigh Hotel & Spa with a bang!  The launch party, dubbed the Art of Beauty, will take place October 3, 2012 from 5:30pm to 8:00pm at Luxe Stoneleigh Hotel & Spa.  Expect an evening of “art, beauty, music and champagne” to celebrate the collaboration.
