If you come out to the AAC for WinterFest 2011, please bring an unwrapped toy to benefit Operation Once in a Lifetime.

From the Mavs website:

The Mavs have teamed up with Operation Once in a Lifetime to help serve military service members needing assistance during the holidays. Operation Once in a Lifetime’s goal is to provide a good Christmas for current military members children. These requests come from the families of those soldiers that are currently deployed overseas, serving states side and even from families that have lost a parent protecting our country. Operation Once in a Lifetime is similar to “Toys for Tots” where Marines raise toys for lower income civilian children, but not for themselves. Operation Once in a Lifetime collects toys by working with local businesses to collect toys for the children of U.S. Service Members and by buying toys from donation made to Operation Once in a Lifetime during the holidays.

Hope to see you all out at the AAC!

Let’s go Mavs!
