Thompson Dallas has announced an impressive lineup for its second annual “12 Days of Thompson”, a series that includes daily activations, live music, and giveaways from December 12 – December 24.

This year’s festivities include Brunch With Santa, Gift-Wrapping, Wreath-Making Workshops, Martinis With Monarch, daily lobby activations, and so much more.

12 Days of Thompson lineup:

Brunch with Santa Claus – December 11 & December 12, 10am-2pm

Santa will host a special brunch at Nine at The National, featuring live Christmas Jazz, Build-Your-Own Bloody Marys, and their new Cloud Nine Brunch Buffet. Come dressed in your holiday best for photos with Santa amongst the beautiful holiday décor. The cost is $50 per person/$15 per child. Reservations can be made here.

Professional Gift Wrap Class with Dallas Gift Wrap Creations – December 14, 6pm-8pm

Anita Ivancevic invites you for an evening of wine, charcuterie, and glam gift wrapping. Bring two gifts, and learn from the master herself — you’re sure to leave with gifts too stunning to open. The cost is $65 per person. Tickets can be purchased here.

Holiday Jazz Dinner at Catbird – December 15, 6-10pm

Grab a coveted Catbird reservation surrounded by the stunning holiday décor. Enjoy a wine-paired dinner by Executive Chef Jeramie Robison, live holiday jazz, and surprises throughout the evening. The cost is $125 per person. Reservations can be made here.

Wreath-Making Class and Sips with The Botanical Mix – December 16, 6-8pm

Fresh off the installation of Thompson Dallas’ lavish Christmas décor, Shane Friesenhahn invites you for a special evening in his workshop. Build your own Botanical Mix-inspired wreath with a variety of festive materials. RSVP here.

Guests can also delight in Holiday Vocal Ensembles by Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts , December 13-18, 6pm-8pm at the Elm Street Christmas Tree. The National Rooftop Sessions Vol. IV, Abraham Alexander & BTWHSPVA Gospel Ensemble will perform on December 16, 7pm.

Last but not least, a Weekend Christmas Brunch at Nine at The National, Saturdays & Sundays from 10am-4pm. The cost is $75 per person.

The Christmas Ball Presented by Shane & Shane – December 17, 7pm

Shane & Shane, alongside The Worship Initiative, present a special Christmas concert in the grand Thompson Ballroom, hosted by Jonathan Pokluda & David Marvin. The festive evening encourages Black Tie Optional to celebrate the reason for the season. The cost is $50 per person. Tickets can be purchased here.

Ornament Workshop and Happy Hour – December 18, 6-8pm

Come our for bespoke ornament making and live music in the bustling lobby. The wine is gratis, so bring your friends and leave with a precious addition for your tree. The cost is $35 per person. Tickets can be purchased here.

Dallas Cowboys Holiday Brunch – December 19, 12pm Kickoff

Watch the Dallas Cowboys take on the New York Giants over Cloud Nine Brunch. Enjoy Build-Your-Own Bloody Marys and TVs throughout the restaurant for the last game before Christmas. Reservations can be made here.

Christmas Vacation and S’More Bar – December 20, Doors at 6pm | Movie at 7pm

The Griswolds invite you for a special screening of National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation — enjoy Thompson popcorn, Cousin Eddie’s Eggnog, and a s’mores bar amongst the twinkling holiday lights. This event is free, but RSVP is required. RSVP here.

Sushi and Holiday Martinis with Monarch and Kessaku – December 21, 5-6pm

Monarch & Kessaku invite you for a special holiday happy hour amongst the Thompson’s stunning décor display. Visit the Monarch Champagne Bar in the Thompson lobby, and enjoy Monarch’s signature martinis and sushi from Kessaku. This event is free. Limit one per person.

Holiday Pie 101 in Chef Jeramie’s Kitchen – December 22, 6pm-8pm

Thompson Executive Chef Jeramie Robison invites you into his kitchen for an intimate evening of merry-making & pie-baking. Enjoy an in-kitchen Wine Bar and learn Chef’s secret to the perfect holiday pie – box up your pie & take it home for the holidays. The cost is $50 per person. Tickets can be purchased here.

High-Tea and Gingerbread House Workshop – December 23, 5pm-7pm

It’s tea time with Moet & Chandon. Spend the afternoon before Christmas Eve decorating the Gingerbread House of dreams. A classic (and spiked) Holiday High Tea will be served amongst the crafting and sweet treats. Adults and children are welcome. The cost for the Gingerbread Workshop is $25 per person. Christmas Gratefulness Giveback – December 24, 5pm-7pm

Downtown neighbors and friends are invited to enjoy hot chocolate stations at both entrances as we honor all there is to be grateful for.  This free event will take place at the Elm Street Christmas Tree & Akard Entrance.
