On Thursday, June 28th, Flavors of Dallas, the American Liver Foundation’s (ALF) signature fundraising event, will rally together chefs and guests alike to raise funds for ALF, which will be used towards research, education, advocacy efforts and support of those suffering with liver disease.

The cocktail reception will begin at 6:30 PM at the Hyatt Regency Dallas (300 Reunion Boulevard) where chefs will greet guests with signature passed appetizers. With cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, attendees will be able to mingle and bid on silent auction items until the program begins at 7:30 PM.

Going beyond the traditional gala, guests will experience an exquisite five-course minimum meal tableside complete with wine, beer or cocktail pairings. Each participating chef will be matched to a table of 12 guests in order to showcase signature dishes and raise awareness for ALF.
