Amsterdam Falafelshop, a European style, fast-casual eatery in Deep Ellum, is hosting its One-Year Anniversary on May 26 from 4 pm to 7 pm.

“We want to thank the community and all of our loyal customers for making this dream come true,” said Chris Kline, Managing Partner. “We’re veterans who grew up here and discovered falafel overseas. Deep Ellum was the perfect spot for us, and we are so privileged to be part of bringing the neighborhood back to life.”

For those unfamiliar, falafel is a traditional Middle Eastern deep-fried, street-food made with chickpeas and spices. “For those who never tried falafel before, we’d love for you to come in and try it,” said Kline. “We also have six craft beers on tap and all of them will be $1 a pint!”

Come out to celebrate and enjoy live music on the patio, $1 craft beers, $1 falafel bowls and sandwiches, $1 off Shawarma bowls and sandwiches, and a raffle with chances to win catering trays, gift cards, and much more.
