Dallas Off the Clock, the new Pop Goes the City cocktail column aimed at helping you find your weekend cocktail crush, launches October 7, 2016.

Each Friday, I will publish a roundup of three to five must try cocktails from a range of locations – dives, upscale, new and established, well-know neighborhood haunts found in Dallas and Collin counties.

I plan to bring readers unique and exciting craft cocktail choices, as well as tried and true favorites. In addition, beers will be in the running to make the list each week. There will be a cool spin on how these are featured.
