Come celebrate the 1 year anniversary of Wine Poste at Swine & Wine – an event featuring locally sourced “pig-centric” dishes paired with five French wines – June 26, 2014 at 7pm.
Swine & Wine, hosted at Wine Poste, will feature the amazing culinary stylings of two of Dallas’ top farm-to-table Chefs – Chef Graham Dodds of Hibiscus and Chef Matt Ford of the Joule.
The evening will begin with a Sparkling Wine Reception at 7pm, followed by a five-course feast and wine pairings at communal tables.
