Recently I visited Elegantly Chocolate to see what it’s all about.  The day I visited I had the pleasure of meeting Stacy, the owner, and she introduced me to her brand of delicious, gourmet artisan chocolates and sweet treats handmade in their industrial kitchen with storefront in Carrollton.

I sampled the White Chocolate Key Lime Truffle and fell in love! Key lime is one of my favorite flavors and for a small bite truffle to have such a fabulously balanced sweet and tart flavor is amazing! I couldn’t stop at one so I bought a Milk Chocolate Peanut Butter Truffle and a Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Truffle. Each truffle is priced at about $1.50 so they are very affordable in small or larger quantities.

Stacy creates exquisite fillings for white, milk and dark chocolate. And don’t forget to try her delectable squares. No preservatives, all organic and completely natural.

If truffles are not your desire, try the chocolate dipped marshmallows, chocolate squares, clusters, turtles, chocolate dipped Oreo cookies…the list goes on and on. There is something at Elegantly Chocolate for everyone!
