For those who do not know by now, Dallas on TNT has been renewed for a 15 episode season two!!!  I am so happy about this.  Finally a Dallas based show I love gets a chance to stay around a little longer.  Apparently the writing, ratings and reviews satisfied network executives enough, to commit to a second season.

My only concern at this point is will production move to California or some other location besides Dallas.  Dallas City Council voted to spend $200,000 per season for six seasons to keep Dallas filmed in Dallas.  This comes with stipulations, of course.  Check out this post on the Dallas Morning News City Hall Blog for the fine details.
