Let’s face it, some of us ladies have an addiction to shoes.  We buy them thinking we will wear them and we may wear them once but then they end up setting in a shoe box for years never to see the light of day again.  Retail therapy gets some of us in trouble from time to time and we end up with too many pair of  shoes.  Since we can’t wear them all and throwing them out is not an option,  auctioning them off or swapping them is.

The site allows you to sell your shoes through a traditional auction with or without a buy it now price or reserve.  Not interested in using a traditional auction method?  Set a fixed price for your items or accept a best offer from a shopper.  You can also list your shoes for a swap in exchange for goods or services from another user.  The best thing about swaps is that they are always free to list on the site!

If The Shoe Doesn’t Fit is a perfect fit for retailers also.  They can set up a shop within the site.  Bloomingdales has a shop and I spied these cute Missoni Platform Pumps for only $258.75.

I don’t think we will be getting over our shoe addiction, ladies.  We just need to find a way to make our addiction more cost effective…and that’s If The Shoe Doesn’t Fit…sell, swap and shop for shoes at an affordable price.
