Del Frisco’s has opened up a shiny new location in the Uptown area of Dallas – Del Frisco’s Grille.  There has been a lot of fanfare surrounding this opening which in many cases can lead to a big disappointment.  But don’t worry my friends…there are no disappointments here.

The restaurant is located in a beautiful two-story space on McKinney Avenue.  We went on a weeknight so there was no wait but the place was still buzzing with a great crowd.  Most importantly the food was amazing.  We ordered the Ahi Tuna tacos and the NOLA BBQ Shrimp as appetizers.

They were both delicious but the tacos were truly outstanding.  I ordered the Green Chili Cheeseburger for my entrée and my dining partner ordered the Shaved Prime Steak Sandwich.  Don’t judge me please…we also ordered the Jalapeno Bacon Mac & Cheese as a side.  So creamy!  Everything was great so if you are in the mood to really chow down and not calorie count give Del Frisco’s Grille a try!
