This Contrarian dress from is from Anthropologie.  I spotted it at the Highland Park Village location.  It is just as cute in person as it is in the picture.  The front of the dress is very cute and proper but the sexy deep V in the back adds a more mature element.  I love the retro look and the adorable the bow.
