A few weeks ago a friend invited me to have a cupcake with her at a new place in Frisco, Frost It Cafe, at Preston and Warren.

Frost It Cafe serves breakfast, lunch, dinner and fabulous desserts.  I skipped the lunch and ran right to dessert.

I had a S’mores cupcake featuring graham cracker crust, chocolate cake, marshmallow fluff icing slightly toasted sprinkled with graham cracker & topped with a chunk of Hershey bar.

This was a very tasty cupcake.  I am not a huge chocolate cake fan but I did enjoy it.  My favorite part was the marshmallow fluff icing.  This cupcake really did taste like a s’more.

If a cupcake is not your ideal dessert, try one of the other fabulous selections, like cookies and funnel cake.

Frost It Cafe has drive thru service that makes it really easy to pick up a cupcake on the go or one of their super convenient Dinner To Go packs for 4 for $30.
