Are you a Cafe Brazil Fan?  If not, you should be!  It is a regular hangout spot and you never know who you will see sippin’ from the bottomless coffee bar, eating the stellar chorizo empanadas and, oh yeah…enjoying the free entrée promotions.

Periodically Cafe Brazil has a promotion to try something new on the menu. Usually these promotions are redeemed a one specific location but lately they are offering them up at all 11 metroplex locations.

Recently a few friends and I stopped by the Plano location during the Veggie Zinfandel Pasta promotion.

“Portobello Mushrooms, Sundried Tomatoes, Red Bell Peppers, Spinach and Onions lightly tossed with Rigatoni Pasta and Low Fat Zinfandel Vinaigrette and topped with Feta Cheese, served with Homemade Garlic Toast”

This dish was an absolute treat with great flavors.  Veggie Zinfandel Pasta is one of 4 new menu items and I highly recommend you try it.
