This week I tried my first food truck…and it was DELISH!!!

After reading so many tweets about how people are loving the SsahmBBQ Korean style food, I decided to go down to their dinner location on Monday, Sigel’s on Greenville between Southwestern & Lovers in Dallas.

I ordered the Kimchee Fries, their most popular item.  These fries consist of hand cut potatoes, spicy marinated pork, monterey jack & cheddar cheeses, cilantro, onions, caramelized kimchee and spicy mayo.

These fries are AMAZING – gooey, delicious and with a kick!!  Having no previous experience eating kimchee before but I am a fan of how SsahmBBQ does it.  I will be back to try the other menu items.

Also be sure to try one of the Asian drinks they offer.  The Sac Sac Grape with real grapes in it is divine.
